Rent

Default Fee for Late Payment of Rent

Default Payments: If the Tenant breaches the agreement (e.g., late payment, damage), they must compensate the Landlord for any losses incurred, including legal fees or repairs. These payments are subject to statutory limits and documented through invoices. Variation of Agreement: If the Tenant requests a variation, a fee may be charged to cover reasonable costs. Council Tax
